I loved being there, the place is good old and homey.

It was large, quiet and with lovely view of garden. The breakfast had plenty of food, like eggs and bacon. The hotel was in a remote location to find other events further away.

Totally brilliant stay for one night. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs and bacon. Location just off a lovely garden and surrounding countryside, and Lavenham for evening meal on Sunday. Also, to find other events further away.

The staff was affable, some of them especially. The king room was well-appointed and had a work desk, a seating area, and ironing facilities.

reasonably large units for the children to have a run around, we enjoyed it. our accommodation was set in a secluded location just next door to good pubs and tea shops in lavenham, and the garden.

My stay at this charming countryside retreat was a real treat. The hotel's attention to detail was spot on - from the well-decorated and comfortable rooms to the stunning views from the bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. I particularly loved the breakfast, which included delicious home-produced honey and was served promptly with a steaming cup of good coffee. The hotel's location was idyllic, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment with beautiful surroundings.

Location: the hotel was near to Lavenham and surrounding Suffolk villages, a lovely garden and good pubs and tea shops in Lavenham. It also was by nature. The beds were big, I slept well. And there was a DELIGHTFUL view of the garden.
